We do 12 and 17 seater options. Mostly booked for school trips, weddings and corporate offsites, basically anytime a group's better off travelling together than splitting across four different cars.

Can you help with Sikkim and Bhutan permits?

That's part of the booking, not something you sort separately Sikkim's Inner Line Permit, restricted area permits, and Bhutan's entry permit at Phuentsholing are all handled on our end.

Do you provide airport and railway station transfers?

Yes - Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, straight to wherever you're headed across North Bengal, Sikkim or Bhutan.

Do you handle corporate travel and offsites?

We do - pickups, group transport, multi-day arrangements, Tempo Travellers if the team's big enough to need one.

Is Plan My Tour a tour operator or just a car rental service?

Both, honestly. We started out doing car rental and grew into full tour packages from there - so if you just need a vehicle, that's fine, and if you want the entire trip handled, we do that too.

Which places do you cover from Siliguri?

Do you plan custom tour packages, or only fixed ones?

Mostly custom. Fixed packages rarely fit everyone's dates or interests, so we'd rather build the itinerary around your group and what you actually want to see.

How far in advance should I book, especially for group travel?

A couple of weeks, ideally, if you need a Tempo Traveller or a bigger group
booking. Peak season (October–March) empties out the larger vehicles fast.
