Darjeeling Tour Package

Welcome To Darjeeling

A place of serenity and simplicity with a strong sense of tradition.

Darjeeling, nestled among rolling mountains, is a perfect destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Popular places to visit include Tiger Hill, Batasia Loop and the War Memorial, and the Himalayan Zoological Park and Snow Leopard Breeding Center. What should you bring home? Tea, tea, and more tea—and beautiful local handicrafts.

Popular Sightseeing

If you are planning a tour of Darjeeling, we recommend spending two to three nights in the town to capture all its beauty. Many tourists like to combine Sikkim with a tour of Darjeeling town. The most common tourist destinations around are Kalimpong, Mirik, Kurseong in the Darjeeling hills and Gangtok, Pelling or North Sikkim area. To the north of the region is the Indian state of Sikkim, which borders Nepal on the West, and Bengal plains in the South and East. In Darjeeling, those who grow up in the mountains identify themselves according to their ancestry: Nepalese, Bhutanese, Tibetan or Lepcha. The region also contends with a religious mix – Although Hindus represent the majority, there is a strong presence of Tibetan Buddhism and other religions.

Darjeeling Packages for Every Kind of Trip

Darjeeling doesn’t suit one itinerary – a honeymoon, a solo trip and a group of
twelve each need a different pace and a different vehicle. These eight packages cover that range, from a quick 3-day introduction to group circuits with Tempo Traveller options and combined trips into Sikkim.

Darjeeling on its own is worth two to three unhurried days – Tiger Hill at sunrise, the tea gardens, the toy train, Mall Road by evening. Most packages pair it with Kalimpong, Mirik or Gangtok, close enough to add without rushing the trip.
