Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

    Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, meet our representative and drive to Lataguri, the gateway to Gorumara National Park. Enjoy a picturesque journey through sprawling tea gardens, forests, and charming villages. Upon arrival, check in to your resort and spend the rest of the day relaxing. In the evening, you may explore the nearby local market or enjoy a peaceful walk around the resort. Overnight stay in Lataguri.

    After breakfast, head for an exciting Jeep Safari in Gorumara National Park (subject to forest permit availability), famous for its Indian one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, Indian bison, deer, and rich birdlife. Later, visit Murti River, Medla Watch Tower, and the surrounding tea gardens, where you can soak in the tranquil beauty of the region. Return to the resort in the evening for an overnight stay.

    After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to some of Dooars’ most scenic destinations. Visit Jhalong on the banks of the Jaldhaka River, the beautiful Bindu Barrage near the Indo-Bhutan border, the lush tea gardens of Samsing, the forest retreat of Suntalekhola, and the peaceful Rocky Island, known for its crystal-clear stream and picturesque surroundings. Return to Lataguri in the evening and relax at your resort. Overnight stay in Lataguri.

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jaldapara National Park, one of the most celebrated wildlife reserves in Eastern India. En route, enjoy the scenic landscapes of the Dooars region. After arriving, check in to your resort and spend the evening at leisure amidst the serene natural surroundings. Overnight stay near Jaldapara.

    Wake up early for an Elephant Safari or Jeep Safari (subject to availability and forest regulations) inside Jaldapara National Park, famous for its one-horned rhinoceroses, elephants, gaur, deer, and rich birdlife. After breakfast, visit Totopara, home to the indigenous Toto tribe, followed by a visit to the South Khayerbari Leopard Rescue Centre. Return to the resort for an overnight stay.
    After breakfast, drive to Jayanti, a scenic riverside destination located on the edge of Buxa Tiger Reserve. Enjoy the serene beauty of the Jayanti River and the surrounding forests. Visit the historic Buxa Fort (trek optional), which once served as a British prison, and explore the Nature Interpretation Centre at Rajabhatkhawa. Return to your resort in the evening for an overnight stay.
    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
