Tour Itinerary
Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station and drive towards Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. En route, stop at the beautiful Umiam Lake to enjoy the scenic surroundings. After reaching Shillong and checking into the hotel, visit popular attractions such as Ward’s Lake, Lady Hydari Park, Shillong Peak, and Elephant Falls. Spend the evening exploring the lively Police Bazaar. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast, proceed towards Cherrapunji, famous for its dramatic landscapes and waterfalls. Visit Mawsmai Cave, Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Eco Park, and Dwan Syiem Viewpoint. Enjoy the spectacular views of deep valleys, cliffs, and cascading waterfalls before checking into your hotel/resort in Cherrapunji. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
After an early breakfast, proceed towards Tyrna Village, the starting point for the trek to Nongriat. Trek through the lush green forests and traditional stone pathways to reach the famous Nongriat Double-Decker Living Root Bridge. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty of the area. Depending on time and fitness level, you may continue towards the natural pools and Rainbow Falls. Return to Cherrapunji after the trek for an overnight stay.
Note: The Nongriat trek involves a significant number of steps and requires good physical fitness. Allow sufficient time for the trek and return journey.

After breakfast, drive towards Mawlynnong, known for its beautiful village surroundings and natural cleanliness. Explore the village and visit a Living Root Bridge if time permits. Continue to Dawki, situated near the India-Bangladesh border. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Umngot River, known for its exceptionally clear water. Optional boating can be enjoyed depending on weather and local operating conditions. Later, drive back to Shillong for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Guwahati. Depending on your departure schedule, you may make a short stop at Umiam Lake or other convenient viewpoints along the way. Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable Meghalaya tour.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
