Tour Itinerary
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative and drive to Shillong, the charming capital of Meghalaya. En route, stop at the scenic Umiam Lake (Barapani), where you can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and optional boating. Upon reaching Shillong, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, explore Police Bazaar for shopping and local cuisine. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring Shillong’s popular attractions. Visit Shillong Peak for panoramic city views, Elephant Falls, Ward’s Lake, Lady Hydari Park, Don Bosco Museum, and the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the vibrant local markets before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunji, one of the wettest places on Earth. En route and upon arrival, visit famous attractions including Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave, Eco Park, and the breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the Khasi Hills. If weather and time permit, stop at the viewpoint of Wei Sawdong Falls. Check in to your hotel in Cherrapunji for an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, proceed to Tyrna Village and begin the trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat. The trek takes you through lush forests, suspension bridges, and picturesque streams, rewarding you with one of Meghalaya’s most iconic natural wonders. Spend time exploring the bridge and the nearby Rainbow Falls (optional for experienced trekkers) before trekking back to Tyrna. Return to Cherrapunji for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, popularly known as the “Cleanest Village in Asia.” Explore the beautiful village, visit the Living Root Bridge, and enjoy panoramic views from the Sky Walk. Continue to Dawki, famous for the crystal-clear Umngot River, where you can enjoy an optional boat ride on its transparent waters. Later, return to Shillong for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion to Jowai, one of Meghalaya’s hidden gems. Visit the spectacular Krang Suri Falls, known for its turquoise-blue waters, along with Thadlaskein Lake and Tyrshi Falls. Spend time amidst the serene natural surroundings before returning to Shillong in the evening for your final overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Guwahati. Depending on your departure schedule, you may visit the sacred Kamakhya Temple before being transferred to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Meghalaya’s mist-covered hills, magnificent waterfalls, crystal-clear rivers, ancient living root bridges, adventurous treks, and the warm hospitality of Northeast India.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
